This summer, from June 20th to September 9th, you will be able to swim in the Bassin de la Villette in Paris (19th arrondissement). For the second year running, our teams have set up secure floating swimming pools over 100 metres in length, with four pools of different depths.
We were there on Friday at the inauguration of the 48m-long EasyFloat floating dock to be used for rowing of the Brussels Rowing Union and the Brussels Royal Sport Rowing club. Also present were the Mayor of Brussels, Philippe Close, and the Alderman for Sport, Alain Courtois.
This summer, bathers were able to swim in the Bassin de la Villette canal in Paris's XIXth arrondissement. Our teams installed a 100m long secure floating pool comprising three swimming areas, each with a different depth.
The municipality of Saint-Maur (36) has called upon our services to install several pontoons on the Ballastières sites. The aim is to improve the lake by creating a promenade across the islands, whatever the height of the water.
A new floating swimming pool has just been installed on the River Tarn. Four years after the initiative was first embarked upon in Rivières, it is Saint-Juéry's turn to enjoy the pleasures of swimming in natural surroundings.
The Joux Valley Rowing Club has acquired 12 rowing dock sections of 1.20mx 3.60m. In addition to the 19cm low freeboard and the 150kg/m² buoyancy, what seduced the club is the perfect modularity of this product.
