Principles relating to the collection of personal data

In principle access to information available on or via the site should take place without supplying personal data such as name, postal address, email address etc. Exceptionally to obtain additional services (requests for information, reservations, access to member spaces, subscription to informational letters etc.) it is possible that personal information, essentially contact references and emails, may be requested from users.
