The Communauté de Communes du Pays de Lure has just installed a T-shaped floating dock for its new water sports centre. Located near the Etang de la Saline where the old gravel pit used to be, the centre offers various water-based activities such as kayaking, sailing, windsurfing and stand up paddleboarding.

The T-shaped structure is made up of sections of floating dock. The top of the T measures 15 m in length, and the 6-m central section is connected to the concrete slipway via a polyethylene gangway equipped with a system of wheels.

It is anchored in several places with auger anchors, secured using chains and flat brackets with eyelets. This type of anchorage enables the pontoon to adapt to the lake's many fluctuations in water level.
